1) Post at least twice a month
2) New members have a 1 month grace period before number of posts can count against them
3) This is a magick site and coven, please respect that in that all members are expected to keep strictly magick topics except in the necessary designated areas of the site
4) Forums before chatter
5) Never call out members in public (forums-chatter) about personal problems
6) Do not ask to become a moderator
7) Profanity is not accepted
8 ) Improper name calling is not accepted
9) Do not slander or gossip another member inside this coven without proper evidence (determined by staff)
10) Never slander or gossip another member of another coven, NO EXCEPTIONS
11) Before withdrawing membership, please inform either the Priest or Priestess and your reasons why
12) No flaming- shouting in offensive ways, ranting about random members
13) No trolling- bugging the site (giving it viruses), harassing members usually with an anonymous account (unamed), deliberately disobeying clear rules JUST to be funny or for some reason wanting to look stupid and most of all being annoying to the point I wouldn't fuss at a mod for gagging you
14) Do not complain about the rules not "fitting your personality", all issues must be adressed to a staff member by email
15) Regarding rule #13; all issues are to be emaileed in a professional and calm manner with readible writing using legitimate, genuine and sensible reasons that are to be explained
16) Regarding rules #14 & #13; if your suggestions or issues are ignored or not accepted, DO NOT MAKE A FUSS!
17) Do not request special attention, we do not hold your hand
18) If you can not live up to our standards (i.e follow the rules) you should have never joined
